Exhibitor categories include:

  • Restaurant, bistros, inns and other purveyors of fine foods interested not only in gaining exposure for their establishments, but also in preparing, serving and selling on-site "grazing-size" portions of their house specialties in the "Restaurant Row" covered dining area.
  • Self-contained food vendors with exhibitor-supplied tents (e.g. ice cream, donuts, pizza, etc.).
  • Artisans and crafters with hand-made products in these categories: Artwork, Bath & Body, Clothing & Accessories, Ethnic & Regional, Fiber Arts, Floral, Gifts, Glass Arts, Home Decor, Jewelry, Metal Working, Paper Arts, Photography, Pottery, Sculpture, Seasonal Decor, Wood Working and Yard & Garden.
  • Retails offering upscale products in these categories: Barbecue Accessories, Cutlery, Gourmet Food Products (e.g., baked goods, baking mixes, cheese, maple syrup, olive oil, salad dressing, etc.), Kitchenware & Gadgets, Wine Accessories, etc.
  • Service Firms in these categories: Green Technology, Home Improvement, Financial Service, Real Estate, Travel, etc.
  • Online Exhibitor Space Reservations will be available January, 2012.


Farmington Valley Health District
All vendors serving food and beverages to the public on a temporary basis are required by the Farmington Valley Health District to have a Temporary Food Service Permit at a cost of $50.00.
