- Self-contained food vendors with exhibitor-supplied tents (e.g. ice cream, donuts, pizza, etc.).
- Artisans and crafters with hand-made products in these categories: Artwork, Bath & Body, Clothing & Accessories, Ethnic & Regional, Fiber Arts, Floral, Gifts, Glass Arts, Home Decor, Jewelry, Metal Working, Paper Arts, Photography, Pottery, Sculpture, Seasonal Decor, Wood Working and Yard & Garden.
- Retails offering upscale products in these categories: Barbecue Accessories, Cutlery, Gourmet Food Products (e.g., baked goods, baking mixes, cheese, maple syrup, olive oil, salad dressing, etc.), Kitchenware & Gadgets, Wine Accessories, etc.
